I stopped by the rich media wiki tonight and changed the address for my blog...the link stayed the same however - it goes to the wordpress.com blog instead of coming here....what extra step do I need to do other than just change the type?

When you edit the page and change the text, you don't change the URL attached to the text. You have to go into the source code for that. Once you have clicked the Edit Page button in the wiki, click the Source button in the editing toolbar. Image:

You'll be looking at the HTML code for the page. Scroll around and find your entry, as shown here:

I added Larry's info for comparison. Then just change the underlined info to the URL that you want.
